RDHS IS IN LOCK-DOWN EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY
In the interest of public safety, RDHS has gone into lock-down. No visitors allowed. Please remember that this announcement comes from a place of caring and wanting to do whatever we can to protect our aged care residents, their family and friends, staff and our community. Everything we do is caring for our community.
Phone ahead 50 518 111 for potential presentations to Urgent Care Centre. There is an intercom service at the front door. (Emergency presentations will still present via Ambulance). Dialysis treatments WILL continue as normal.
Phone 50 518 119 to speak with staff regarding residents in the Nursing Home at the main site.
Phone 50 518 160 regarding appointments in the Health & Wellbeing Centre. Currently appointments are still being attended – this could change and we will attempt to notify you of any changes. You may decide NOT to come out, please let us know as non-urgent appointments can be rescheduled.

Currently IMMUNISATION CLINICS FOR THE 0-5 YEARS cohort WILL continue by appointment only.
Currently the VACATION PROGRAM will go ahead – being mindful of working parents needing support.
Currently Midwifery appointments will continue – the Midwife will contact you about any potential changes.
IF YOU ARE COMING FOR AN APPOINTMENT – PLEASE come alone. In certain circumstances, we may allow x 1 escort/carer to accompany you.
In some cases the appointment MAY be via telephone or Face-time.
Visiting Nurse Service will continue. The nurse will advise you of any changes.
