RDHS Service Plan Community Engagement
Robinvale District Health Service (RDHS) is currently undertaking service planning and would value the contribution of local community members in the process.
Service Planning sets out the direction and service priorities for the health service over the coming years. It details the level and type of services provided for, and used by the community. It describes the community’s demonstrated health and aged care needs, and how RDHS will work (as an organisation and in collaboration with other services) to develop effective integrated health and aged care that will best meet the community’s needs.
As a valued community member, the RDHS Board of Directors and Executive would like your participation in the service plan development process. Claire Edwards, Service Planning Consultant has been appointed by RDHS to assist with the engagement process for the development of the RDHS Service Plan.
Engagement is underway and has been extended to the 14th October 2022 and includes a variety of ways to participate. Community members can:
- Complete a survey https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RDHScommunity (hard copies of the survey are available at the health service’s reception)
- Register for a phone interview until 14th October 2022 (send your preferred interview date, time and contact number to Claire Edwards. email: claire@taghealth.com.au or phone 0438112347)
