At RDHS we have a staff of approximately 150 people
Our team is as diverse as the community we serve!
From medical and health practitioners to allied health professionals, from administrative teams to food services and support staff, from aged care to early years – RDHS is the biggest employer in our Robinvale community, with staff from our local community and from all over the world!
Our team works in a vibrant and dynamic rural health organisation providing quality health care services our regional Victorian communities in the Victorian Mallee and parts of New South Wales.
We support ongoing education, training and development opportunities for all of our staff to allow them to thrive and grow throughout their career, and to ensure our communities receive the best of care.
