Nestled in the small country town of Manangatang in the heart of sheep and wheat country, the Campus has the pleasure of providing permanent and respite care to no more than ten (10) residents with high-level care needs at any given time.

Appetising and well-balanced meals are prepared on premises and served in the spacious dining room. Here, we nourish the continuation of community life, relationships, family and friends and all things that are important to people living in small rural communities. Manangatang Campus offers you an opportunity to be part of a family orientated, friendly environment where you will feel welcomed, cared for and safe.

‍Room Features
Rooms in Manangatang Campus are light and spacious. The rooms are furnished with a bed , bedside table, single robe and TV . There is significant space for you to bring along some of your own possessions to personalise your room. Each room has a split system air conditioner that can be adjusted to suit your personal level of comfort. Hand basins are located in each room with shared bathroom and toilet facilities located in passage areas.

‍Common Areas
‍All common areas are within easy walking distance of resident rooms. You will have access to the spacious open plan living and dining room. This area is decorated with pictures, wall hangings, bookcases, cabinets, curtain and blinds creating a homelike atmosphere. A large flat screen TV and stereo are located in this area. The secured front garden area and an undercover patio ensure you can enjoy outdoor areas all year round. Added security provided with keypad entry and exit. The passages are wide and rails along the wall assist you to move safely and access common areas.

Additional care or services included in the room price
Robinvale District Health Service employs allied and primaryhealthcare professionals including physiotherapist, podiatrist, occupationaltherapist, dietician and social workers. These services are available to you atno cost.

Our Health & Wellness Centre hosts a number of visiting private practitioners that are available to our residents. These services are charged at the private practitioners own fee schedule Residents are responsible for the cost of their own pharmaceutical supplies.

Residential aged care at Manangatang Campus is provided as part of our Multi-purpose service arrangement and the fee structure differs to Commonwealth subsidised care and services. All residents pay a Daily Care Fee. Based on your financial situation you may also be eligible to pay an Accommodation Payment. To find out if you will be asked to pay an accommodation payment, use the fee estimator located on My Aged Care website and confirm if you need to complete a Means Assessment with Services Australia or Department of Veterans’ Affairs.
